Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide day-to-day management in all aspects of Way to Win's internal fiscal and accounting operations and functions
• Manage Accounting functions for 501(c3), 501(c4) and LLC organizations
• Ensure efficient functioning and documentation for all financial systems including receipts, disbursements, billing, bookkeeping, budgeting and accounting
• Manage and process all check deposits received to the DC Office
• Manage all cash disbursements and cash receipts and related processes including preparing journals for posting
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for foundation grants
• Manage Grants Revenue for 501 (C3), 501(c4) and LLC organizations
• Collaborate with the Program and Political Teams on grantee recommendations and review from a grants administration legal compliance perspective
• Assist external vendor monitoring expenditures, and reconciling financial expenditures

• Provide high-level administrative support to the COO and CSO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, expense support, and follow-up tracking
• Manage the CSO and COO’s time and priorities with care, discretion, and strong attention to detail
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, documents, talking points, and follow-up notes for meetings, check-ins, and organizational priorities
• Anticipate needs and help ensure the CSO and COO is prepared for internal and external engagements
• Support the CSO and COO in managing cross-functional workflows across political/program, communications, operations, HR, finance, compliance, systems, planning, and internal infrastructure
• Track key deliverables, deadlines, decisions, and next steps across projects and leadership priorities
• Help improve internal systems, templates, processes, and workflows that support organizational effectiveness
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely follow-through on operational priorities and organizational commitments

• Publish approved content across designated social media platforms in alignment with campaign content schedules
• Ensure posts are properly formatted, tagged, and scheduled
• Coordinate with the social team on messaging and amplification timing
• Draft or adapt captions, headlines, and post copy for social platforms
• Adjust messaging to meet platform best practices, tone, and audience needs
• Support bilingual copy development for English- and Spanish-language content
• Translate and adapt approved content from English to Spanish and, when needed, from Spanish to English
• Monitor comments, platform trends, and emerging digital conversations
• Provide light bilingual community engagement support when appropriate
• Monitor post performance and engagement trends
• Surface notable insights, audience patterns, or platform issues to the Content Director
