• Drive revenue growth by selling IoT-enabled water management solutions, including hardware and SaaS offerings
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion

Territory Sales Manager

Inside Sales

• Leads, coaches, and supports a team of inside sales agents to achieve and exceed defined KPIs, including conversion rates, call activity, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Monitors individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to improve effectiveness and results.
• Drives growth of the Easy Water (EW) dealer business by strengthening existing partnerships, increasing engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand dealer sales performance.

• Aligns team activity and priorities to support balanced growth across both the dealer network and DTC channels.

Territory & Inside Sales Manager

• Develop and execute Nexa’s channel and partner strategy aligned with target segments and geographies
• Identify and prioritize partner types (e.g., manufacturers’ reps, contractors, service providers, system integrators) and define their roles in the ecosystem
• Establish coverage models balancing direct sales and partner-led growth
• Recruit, onboard, and enable high-potential partners, leveraging existing industry relationships to accelerate ecosystem build-out
