About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive revenue growth by selling IoT-enabled water management solutions, including hardware and SaaS offerings
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion
  • Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities with commercial real estate owners, operators, developers, property managers, and engineering firms
  • Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business challenges and align Nexa solutions to customer needs
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that clearly communicate business value and ROI
  • Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including channel partners, consultants, contractors, and existing customers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Project Management, and Sales leadership to support solution design, project scoping, and successful customer deployments
  • Manage and maintain accurate pipeline, customer activity, and forecasting data within CRM systems
  • Support a best-in-class customer experience from initial engagement through deployment and post-sale handoff
  • Contribute ideas, insights, and feedback to support the growth of Watts Digital Solutions
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling into commercial real estate (office, multifamily, hospitality, or related industries)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in person
  • Proven ability to generate opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and drive deals forward
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, from facility teams to executive leadership
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
