About the role

  • Support the Channel Marketing Manager in executing strategic initiatives across all sales channels.
  • Manage and track marketing requests from all sales channels using internal workflow tools and the marketing project management system ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of channel requests, including creative proofing, print production, collateral inventory management, and timely delivery of signage and marketing assets.
  • Assist with showroom openings, product launches, and other high-profile events.
  • Oversee the Gift & Collateral Program, including sourcing, coordination, and distribution.
  • Support national and international advertising efforts and timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate on strategic partnerships and brand collaborations, working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or related field
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solver
  • Passionate about working with many people throughout the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, and successfully work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about luxury design, branding, and creating exceptional client experiences.
  • Experience working with Project Management tools (Monday, Asana, etc.)
  • Experience working with Canva a plus
  • Fluent in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Retail marketing or experience with sales channels a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (local/showroom locations)
