Support the Channel Marketing Manager in executing strategic initiatives across all sales channels.
Manage and track marketing requests from all sales channels using internal workflow tools and the marketing project management system ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate the development and execution of channel requests, including creative proofing, print production, collateral inventory management, and timely delivery of signage and marketing assets.
Assist with showroom openings, product launches, and other high-profile events.
Oversee the Gift & Collateral Program, including sourcing, coordination, and distribution.
Support national and international advertising efforts and timely delivery of assets.
Collaborate on strategic partnerships and brand collaborations, working with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Field.
2+ years’ experience in marketing or related field
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Resourceful and proactive problem-solver
Passionate about working with many people throughout the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Ability to juggle multiple projects, and successfully work in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about luxury design, branding, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Experience working with Project Management tools (Monday, Asana, etc.)
Experience working with Canva a plus
Fluent in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Retail marketing or experience with sales channels a plus
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (local/showroom locations)
