About the role
- Oversee and support daily business operations to ensure seamless organizational functionality.
- Develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives to identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
- Manage and execute operational plans, projects, and programs within designated business areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress toward organizational objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on operational insights to leadership and various stakeholder groups.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across multiple departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audience.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and building stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data.
- This role requires a minimum, but is not limited to approximately 10% travel.
