• Launch management: You support the entire city expansion process — from initial preparations to a successful on-site launch.
• Team leadership: You organize staff in new cities, coordinate assignments, and confidently lead teams independently.
• Logistics & marketing: You oversee materials and equipment, customize marketing assets, and ensure everything is in the right place at the right time.
• Partner liaison: You assist the founders with communication with cooperation partners and help build local networks.
• Hands-on on site: You are willing to travel to expansion cities to personally support launches.
