About the role
- Manage 1-2 direct reports, conducting consistent 1:1 meetings
- Lead the development and execution of medium/large-scale projects
- Balances workload of multiple projects
- Strategically plans workflows based upon deliverables
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, establish credibility and anticipate client needs
- Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $500K-$1.5M
- Create a positive, collaborative teamwork environment
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years relevant agency experience (preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and always possess a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and react gracefully to unexpected events/developments
- Capable of navigating tough issues with a solution-oriented attitude
- Able to independently represent Wasserman among mid-senior level clients
