Learning and Development

• Collaborate with faculty and staff, providing guidance on the effective instructional design of courses and sessions.
• Support subject matter experts in the development and creation of content for their courses and instructional sessions.
• Provide assistance with the creation of course material/media supporting student learning objectives.
• Work collaboratively with ID Studio and other School of Medicine colleagues to create interactive videos and other multimedia for instructional needs.
• Liaise with WashU Information Technology and other instructional designers and education specialists to solve common problems and maximize use of available tools, services, spaces, and resources.
• Promote available instructional design services within the WashU Medicine community.
• Partner in the collaboration and development of training resources for faculty, staff, and/or students.
• Partner in the delivery of training sessions for faculty, staff, and/or students.
• Develop and manage multiple project plans.
• Provide consultation and training on educational technologies and course/session design to the WashU Medicine community.
• Assist in resolving copyright and fair use issues for instructional materials in collaboration with Becker Medical Library staff.
• Participate in WashU Medicine community activities and professional development.
• Attend and present at professional conferences when helpful to the institution.

Education Specialist, Instructional Designer – Instructional Design Studio

Data Analyst

• Developing, maintaining, and supporting Workday Financial and Human Resources reports for the Medical School Finance office.
• Assisting WUSM department users by providing reporting solutions that enhance planning, historical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Assisting with monthly data extracts and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency between Workday reporting outputs and the data lake.
• Workday report writing.
• Data lake loading/balancing.
• Completes monthly reports for Business Office, physicians, and managers.
• Establishes user reports for data frequently requested.
• Provides timely and accurate ad hoc reports for Business Office, Chairman, Business Office, physicians, and managers.
• Analyzing volume trends and preparing forecasts for department leadership, JOSP, and affiliated hospitals for future planning purposes.
• Serves as department’s Reporting super user for EPIC.

Analyst, Data Reporting – Medical School Financial Reporting, Workday

Controller

• Responsible for the full range of workflow and analysis within the Student Accounting department
• Serve as a leader in the department while maintaining accuracy and integrity of work
• Manage the late fee process within Workday Student, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Serve as the primary contact for ServiceNow tickets and EIB uploads for the Student Accounting department
• Oversee stale-dated check activity and determine accounts eligible for reporting and remitting to unclaimed property
• Train and develop staff
• Recommend and implement changes to workflow, policies and procedures while maintaining internal controls
• Analyze and make decisions to solve problems and address special requests
• Assist the supervisor with the annual 1098T process
• Manage delinquent student receivable balances
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to students, parents and University departments with respect to financial transactions on student accounts

Account Manager

• Supports physician engagement, provider relationship development, and referral strategy across regional and national markets for Siteman Cancer Center
• Helps operationalize a modern physician engagement model integrating provider relationship management, CRM strategy, referral communication workflows, engagement analytics, provider segmentation, and operational coordination
• Leads administration and optimization of physician relationship management systems, provider intelligence, and engagement data
• Utilizes provider engagement analytics, referral trends, CRM insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for targeted engagement
• Develops and manages referral communication strategies and provider engagement workflows to improve referral transparency
• Partners closely with various operational teams to identify barriers affecting referral progression
• Collaborates across teams to align provider engagement initiatives with organizational growth priorities
• Monitors engagement performance through defined metrics and continuously refines engagement approaches
