About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports physician engagement, provider relationship development, and referral strategy across regional and national markets for Siteman Cancer Center
- Helps operationalize a modern physician engagement model integrating provider relationship management, CRM strategy, referral communication workflows, engagement analytics, provider segmentation, and operational coordination
- Leads administration and optimization of physician relationship management systems, provider intelligence, and engagement data
- Utilizes provider engagement analytics, referral trends, CRM insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for targeted engagement
- Develops and manages referral communication strategies and provider engagement workflows to improve referral transparency
- Partners closely with various operational teams to identify barriers affecting referral progression
- Collaborates across teams to align provider engagement initiatives with organizational growth priorities
- Monitors engagement performance through defined metrics and continuously refines engagement approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Relevant Experience (5 Years)
- No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
- Preferred Education: B.A. - Bachelor of Arts - Marketing
- Preferred Work Experience: Marketing And Communications (8 Years)
