Provides specialized support in HR data and records management
Utilizes Workday to process, troubleshoot, evaluate and support decisions aligned with university policies and data governance standards
Ensures on-time and accurate completion of transactions/data entry in a high volume HCM
Enters and audits monthly and biweekly payroll documents for accuracy and timeliness
Quickly and effectively responds to all departmental questions related to transactions
Facilitates problem resolution across HR/Payroll with limited escalations
Maintains established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Participates in business process testing and initiatives as appropriate
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
2 years of experience in a large, complex Human Resources/Payroll Service Center Environment
Computer Navigation skills
Skills in Microsoft Office
No specific certification is required for this position
Prefer two or more years of college courses in accounting, business, human resources (policy/procedures/law), and/or computer science
Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll and leaves of absence
