About the role
- Serve as an integrator across all elements of HR communications
- Engage directly with the Chief Human Resources Officer and members of the HR Leadership Team
- Lead overall communications strategy and execution for Chief Human Resources Officer
- Advise and collaborate on effective communications strategies to support the HR function
- Ensure consistent messaging across all HR communications materials
- Lead integrated planning and reporting across all HR communications activity
- Advise on HR Operations communications strategies and tactics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
