• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and all administrative aspects.
• Develop and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and local leadership to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on market trends, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from the initial point of contact through to the offer stage.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Accounting Manager

• Manage the integration of acquisitions into to the monthly close process
• Manage the monthly close process including analysis, general ledger entries, and reconciliation review
• Support recorded music label finance by answering questions and performing ad hoc requests
• Work with team to complete submission to corporate and review of related schedules submitted to Corporate and Labels in conjunction with the monthly/quarterly financials
