About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the Project Management of the EROS migration projects.
Responsible for Month-end Support including monitoring jobs and resolving issues related to jobs.
Assist the Business with EROS Copyright configuration for new label acquisitions.
Manage the Copyright application projects like new versions implementation.
Execute the EROS Copyright Change Management process.
Support for Copyright Audits (data extract and data reconciliation).

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years proven music industry and royalty functional experience, both artist and copyright.
Proven experience working with complex music and royalty data migrations.
Large systems development and implementation project management experience.
Experience managing 3rd party contractors and offshore development resources is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and ability to validate complex analysis and data reconciliations.
Demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives within a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player who can cooperate/collaborate with business unit and Technology Teams.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Office and Google Tools (Docs and Sheets).
