About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee reconciliations, settlements, eliminations, and dispute resolution across all legal entities globally
Responsible for general ledger accounting, including monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations
Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
Lead the end-to-end global intercompany accounting function
Ensure effective financial internal controls and SOX compliance for all intercompany activities
Lead and mentor a global team of accounting professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Accounting
8-10 years of progressive accounting or controllership experience
3-5 years in a Global Business Services (GBS) leadership role
10K schedule support experience
Fixed Asset accounting oversight experience
Experience with Intercompany accounting, consolidations, and Foreign currency translations
Large, multinational company experience
Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
CPA a plus
