About the role
- Manage and lead Order-to-Cash workstreams for Warner Bros. Discovery Studios
- Plan, organize and monitor resources to provide high quality and cost-effective OTC service delivery
- Daily management of OTC processes and frequent engagement with business stakeholders
- Partner with OTC management, finance, accounting, and sales teams to drive operational results and process efficiencies
- Guide global BPO services and lead end-to-end OTC processes
- Identify and sponsor strategic initiatives to improve invoice accuracy, cash inflow, and reduce operational cost
- Develop, monitor, and improve key performance metrics and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
- Drive continuous process improvement and ensure financial compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field is preferred
- Fluent in English mandatory
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance
- Accounts Receivable, Billing and Finance experience required
- Subject matter expert on OTC processes
- Experience leading a global and diverse team
- Experience developing and executing standard processes across a global organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
- Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP (SAP) & boundary systems
