About the role
- YouTube Channel Management for Germany to drive revenue growth
- Day-to-day operations of multiple YouTube channels: planning, scheduling, uploading content (full-episodes, short-form, video compilations)
- Writing copies, descriptions and synopsis
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies and manage content calendar to ensure consistent publishing
- Plan and manage advertising settings
- Optimize videos for SEO and maximum visibility
- Analyze channel revenue performance and implement improvement strategies
- Track and report on channel growth and engagement metrics vs. forecast
- Engage with the audience through comments and community interactions
- Collaborate with Programming, Marketing, Creative teams to align content with brand objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience managing YouTube channels
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and content trends
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Work experience in asset creation, assets management and asset distribution
- Experience in social media, streaming or TV is preferable
- Ability to manage and execute multiple effort work streams & work forces effectively
- An interest in TV & streaming
- Expertise of YouTube Studio
- Proactive approach and data oriented
- Basic graphic design capabilities
- Video editing skills are a plus
- Native German
- Fluent in English spoken, as well as in writing
