Lead the in-house Operations team supporting animation studio administrative functions
Manage space planning and physical onboarding/offboarding for productions
Drive and implement facility improvement opportunities
Oversee end-user technology support
Ensure coordination across onboarding and offboarding workflows
Plan and execute all-studio events and activities
Support VP in managing overhead budgets and strategic operations projects

Requirements

6+ years of experience in operations, technology, facilities management, or general management
Bachelor's degree required
Working knowledge of space planning and Corporate Real Estate practices
Understanding of animation production pipelines, networking and server fundamentals
Strong working knowledge of end-user technology and workplace systems
Proven experience managing and developing teams
Strong operational rigor and business acumen
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong financial modeling and deck-building skills
Advanced proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Adobe products, and MacOS/Windows.
