• Keep department contact sheets up-to-date with updated series regulars/EPs and rep contact info
• Help brainstorm and research charities for department donations and create donation cards
• Work events on-site as needed
• Assist with coordinating team meetings with internal departments and outside vendors
• Draft talent itineraries for premieres, festivals, awards ceremonies, FYCs, and other special events
• Gather HBO and Max accolade statistics that help decide current team campaign strategies
• Manage the department competitive landscape grid to record trends and other award predictions
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HBO | Max “For Your Consideration” events in April and May that feature panelists/talent from HBO and Max original shows
