Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels to identify what is and isn’t working in our growth marketing initiatives
Support reporting and dashboarding efforts to track key marketing KPIs
Assist in evaluating marketing effectiveness by evaluating campaigns in terms of ROI, CPA, and other efficiency metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other analysts to understand campaign goals and translate them into measurable outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve our data stack by simplifying processes like the complex conditional logic that goes into identifying marketing channels
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and platforms
Present findings in a clear, actionable format to stakeholders across Marketing, Growth, and Strategy teams
Requirements
1+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing, digital media, e-commerce, or streaming
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with marketing concepts such as ROI, ROAS, LTV, and attribution
Strong attention to detail and a logical mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
