About the role
- Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from events, product trials, web forms, digital campaigns, and third-party sources
- Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and align Baxter’s solutions to their needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and exceed performance goals
- Participate in Baxter’s training programs to enhance your skills in digital selling, CRM tools, and product knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience required
- High School diploma required
- Marketing experience preferred
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is required
- Familiarity with virtual/digital sales techniques preferred
- Prior experience in customer success, sales prospecting, or medical product/services sales development is beneficial
