Lead event marketing for various top tier markets. Own all aspects of the marketing plan and execution focused on driving attendee ticket sales including email marketing, promotional messaging, ad placement, newsletters, social media & more.
Analyze & refine data - using reporting tools including Iterable, Google Analytics, and SocialFlow, understand conversion rates, optimize performance and identify opportunities to drive marketing forward and increase revenue opportunities.
Improve product and event performance using data and analytics, as well as marketing best practices, to strengthen our portfolio and drive sales.
Partner with sales and marketing team to drive demand gen for advertisers, working on content marketing, ad campaigns, search engine marketing, and more tools to deliver inbound leads to sales.
Collaborate with production and sales teams to create strategies and messaging that resonates with local audiences.
Requirements
Must have 2 - 4 years of marketing experience in media, live events or a digital role.
Experience building, optimizing and reporting on multichannel marketing campaigns.
Strong excel and analytical skills.
Comfortable with analyzing large data sets to make informed marketing decisions.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities, but flexibility to pivot and respond to change.
Team-oriented, but able to work independently.
Experience working with Iterable or another email marketing tool, Google Analytics, Canva, and event marketing experience is a must.
