Lead, coordinate, and provide functional leadership for planning, organization, control, integration and completion of complex projects
Support the full project lifecycle covering electrical systems, emergency power systems, lighting design and controls, UPS/clean power supplies, power system studies, arc flash studies, telecommunications, fire alarms, security and access control, and lightning protection
Lead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and lead team members on technical studies, analysis, design, drawings and specifications
Lead coordination process between trades and coordinate directly with designers, owners and contractors
Perform or plan engineering programs to achieve project requirements and organize project teams as necessary
Control expenditures within project budget and review calculation outputs for accuracy
Mentor team members in engineering principles and assist with development of Engineering Standards
Lead/participate in field work (verification, assessments, CA punchlists, troubleshooting) for highly technical projects
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) from four-year college or university (ABET Accredited)
15+ years of related experience and/or training
Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex ideas through writing and presentations while motivating teams and negotiating with stakeholders
Advanced financial knowledge to perform complex calculations and deliver thorough financial analysis
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex information and evaluate multiple solutions
Benefits
The compensation range is $130k-$160k, plus benefits.
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location.
Certain roles are bonus eligible.
