About the role
- Warby Parker is on the lookout for an energetic, Talent Acquisition Partner to join a team that helps bring the absolute best talent to Warby Parker (kind of like you!). In this fun, fast-paced role, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process for an ever-growing number of roles across our organization. Sound cool? Read on! What you’ll do: Search for and recruit a diverse talent pipeline while being a brand ambassador for the company Work with the hiring team to ensure that the interview process runs smoothly and efficiently, focusing specifically on the candidate's experience Act as brand ambassador at school & industry events that help introduce Warby Parker to incredible talent Ability to work well in a team environment and build effective relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of the recruitment process, along with providing search status updates and work in process. Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions&;nbsp; hiring plans, and interview teams Post roles on external job boards to attract talent for open roles Provide updates to your hiring manager and hiring team on roles.
