Requirements
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, with a focus on Staff and Principal-level full stack product engineers in the AI space\n
- Partner deeply with engineering leadership to build effective hiring plans and deliver high-quality candidates\n
- Launch and execute outbound campaigns using proven sourcing strategies\n
- Build and scale talent brand initiatives to attract top-tier technical talent\n
- Track, measure, and improve pipeline health and candidate experience\n
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering (Staff+ level)\n
- Strong sourcing ability and network within top-tier engineering talent pools, especially in AI\n
- Experience working at high-growth startups or category leaders, with proven results\n
- Strategic and operational mindset — able to create systems, playbooks, and iterate quickly\n
- Comfortable being embedded with engineering and working cross-functionally\n
- Experience partnering directly with technical leadership\n
- Ability to build trust with highly selective engineers\n
- Creativity in outreach, messaging, and brand-building\n
- Relentless drive to raise the bar on talent\n
