About the role

  • Execute omni-channel campaigns and programs across the Walmart ecosystem
  • Lead and manage multiple creative projects and oversee the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs and initiatives
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and clients to ensure clear, proactive, solutions-oriented communication
  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist, Art Director, SBU teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver marketing and advertising solutions
  • Track project progress, maintain status documentation, and navigate approval processes and execution steps
  • Monitor campaigns post-launch and deliver activation decks to clients
  • Identify risks and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships while demonstrating business acumen and project management expertise
  • Report to the Lead Producer and support a specific strategic business unit

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management or producer experience in marketing, agency, e-commerce, advertising media, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Fine Arts, or related field
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 1 year's experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years' experience in marketing or related field
  • Preferred: Marketing or related field Masters: Business Administration
  • Experience managing creative, complex and multi-channel campaigns in tight timelines
  • Experience with Workfront, Excel, and Power Point
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and excels at attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative and strong relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of retail, shopper marketing, revenue organizations, account management, and retail media or digital media landscape
  • Ability to identify risks and dependencies, define schedules, and work independently
  • Positive solution-oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and can quickly pivot when needed
