About the role
- Support Belvo customers technically at pre-sales, integration, launch, and post-launch stages
- Develop deep knowledge of Belvo’s product and platform to become a trusted resource on current and future offerings
- Partner with customers to help them achieve the greatest possible value from our solutions, guiding both technically and from a business perspective
- Analyze customer data and issues to ensure they gain maximum benefit during onboarding
- Create tailored technical documentation for select enterprise accounts describing solutions and project deliverables
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to incorporate and prioritize customer feedback and help shape the roadmap
- Work in cross-functional autonomous teams, following continuous delivery and developer-first practices
- Role based in São Paulo; hybrid work requiring office attendance twice per week
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding, pre-sales or similar roles
- Experience working directly with customers
- Deeper knowledge of APIs and documentation
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related field
- Empathetic and skilled at facilitating professional conversations and positive outcomes
- Motivated to grow knowledge of finance, fintech, and technology in Latin America
- Logical, data-driven and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers under tight deadlines and attention to detail
- Clear and effective written and spoken communication
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and strong writing skills
- Based in São Paulo / near São Paulo and available to go to the office twice per week
- Familiarity with fintech, open banking, and/or payments (nice to have)
- Programming expertise in one or more languages (nice to have)
- Experience in project management (nice to have)
- Spanish fluency (nice to have)
