💰 $70,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor for their construction technology needs
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and create tailored account strategies to drive adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with Solution Engineers to effectively position Topcon and Autodesk’s value proposition
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate Topcon and Autodesk’s differentiation
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in SaaS sales, preferably within the construction or design technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative, solution-based selling model
- Strong ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused with strong business acumen
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar construction management solutions is a strong plus
