About the role
- Develop and implement a programming strategy that supports the organization’s vision and objectives with input from key stakeholders.
- Oversee the acquisition, development, and scheduling of content across all platforms.
- Maintain and manage the WatchFree+ programming budget.
- Monitor industry trends and audience insights to inform programming decisions.
- Ensure programming meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Manage and mentor the programming and licensing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize audience engagement and ROI.
- Drive innovation in content formats, release strategies, and platform optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Preparing and executing budgets.
- Sales.
- Working on cross-functional teams or projects.
- Masters: Business Administration.
