About the role
- Overseeing automation managers and trainers, ensuring consistency in training quality, operational execution, and performance.
- Providing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development to enhance team capability and readiness for emerging technologies.
- Supporting weekend operational teams when traveling or as needed, ensuring ongoing continuity across automated processes.
- Managing end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution and fulfillment networks.
- Monitoring shipping, receiving, inventory, and return-related exceptions; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Analyzing operational data from multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and network efficiencies.
- Leading technology-driven initiatives focused on automation innovation within supply chain transportation.
- Facilitating cross-functional training, project communication, and engagement across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
- Must be willing to travel 90% of the time.
- Preferred qualifications: Fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis experience, Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, Project Management Certification, Retail Logistics Operations Six Sigma - Certification.
