About the role

  • Advance Independent Agency Strategy & Growth.
  • Execute against the strategy and operating plan for WMC’s Independent Agency Program.
  • Work within a high-potential agency cohorts to opportunities to accelerate adoption and usage.
  • Build and develop scalable education frameworks, including playbooks, webinars, workshops and to expand DSP Reseller program.
  • Translate complex product, data, and measurement concepts into actionable guidance that improves campaign performance and accelerates growth.
  • Create customized support for DSP Resellers and high growth potential agencies.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure agencies have the insights, materials, and support needed to grow.
  • Share agency feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap direction.
  • Represent WMC across the Independent Agency Ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
  • Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
  • Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
  • 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
  • 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
  • 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
