• Ensure accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for employees in assigned European countries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, Social Security, and labor regulations in each country to guarantee full compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate closely with People and Finance teams to ensure the accuracy of payroll-related information.
• Proactively identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues.

Sales

• You will be responsible for the identification, evaluation and internal implementation of new business opportunities and models to enable the Marketing and Sales departments to expand the business within the countries.
• Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales
• Follow-up of the sales pipeline on a daily basis and make sure all activities (call/mail/f2f) are in Salesforce
