Senior Account Executive
Wallbox ChargersSenior Channel Account Executive leading partner networks across the Mid-West for EV charging solutions. Focused on channel sales dynamics, partner management, and market expansion initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Aggressively prospect, qualify, and onboard new regional channel partners, electrical distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), and certified EV installers across the Mid-West territory.
- Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with existing channel partners.
- Drive enablement programs, product training, and joint marketing initiatives to ensure partner sales teams are fully equipped to sell Wallbox solutions.
- Collaborate with partners on joint business planning and co-selling initiatives.
- Manage the complete partner sales cycle—from prospecting and contract negotiation to joint account planning and onboarding.
- Continuously monitor regional EV infrastructure trends, local utility rebate programs, and state/local policies in the Mid-West.
- Partner with Wallbox’s internal product, marketing, technical support, and operations teams to ensure seamless channel execution and first-class support for our partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of proven B2B channel sales or partner management experience, preferably within electrical distribution, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, or hardware sales.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas, specifically through partner recruitment, enablement, and joint pipeline growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to engage both distributor headquarters and local branches.
- Highly organized and capable of managing a large, diverse geographic territory.
- Deep understanding of the electrical distribution channel ecosystem or EV charging industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local utility incentive structures in the Mid-West is a major plus.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and channel management tools.
