• Einrichtung und Wartung von Hardware, Netzwerken und medizinischen Geräten
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten und Datenschutzrichtlinien
• Dokumentation im Ticketsystem und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Außendienst
• Gelegentliche Übernahme von kleineren Außendiensteinsätzen vor Ort beim Kunden

Data Engineer

• Development and implementation of an in-house data warehouse, including its operation and ongoing expansion
• Tool-supported design, further development and modeling of data structures
• Conducting analyses according to business unit requirements
• Supporting and advising business units in projects related to the data warehouse and ERP systems
• Continuous optimization of our monitoring, service and support processes to improve efficiency and system stability
• Close coordination with internal teams such as Field Service, Development and Customer Project Management to ensure smooth operations and a consistently positive user experience
