About the role

  • Planning, installation and configuration of IT systems and networks
  • Administration and maintenance of the existing IT infrastructure
  • Fault diagnosis and remediation as well as support for our employees (m/f/d)

Requirements

  • Good technical understanding and interest in IT topics
  • School leaving certificate (at least intermediate secondary school certificate/Realschulabschluss) or discontinued university studies
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Initial experience with computers and networks is an advantage
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies
  • Interest in a long-term career in the IT field
