About the role

  • Development and implementation of an in-house data warehouse, including its operation and ongoing expansion
  • Tool-supported design, further development and modeling of data structures
  • Conducting analyses according to business unit requirements
  • Supporting and advising business units in projects related to the data warehouse and ERP systems
  • Continuous optimization of our monitoring, service and support processes to improve efficiency and system stability
  • Close coordination with internal teams such as Field Service, Development and Customer Project Management to ensure smooth operations and a consistently positive user experience

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Information Technology, or vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (m/f/d)
  • Experience in developing data warehouse solutions and data modeling
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Analytical thinking, teamwork and the ability to work independently complete your profile
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
