Business Development Rep

• Identify and engage with decision-makers in PR and PA brands organisations, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and priorities.
• Generate sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including targeted calls and emails, working from lists within our Salesforce CRM system and leveraging your initiative to identify new leads.
• Research and prepare for sales meetings- whether via phone, video call, or in-person-conducting a thorough needs analysis of the organisation’s objectives and presenting the company’s software as a solution to their challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of pricing structures and confidently discuss options to ensure they align with the prospect’s needs.
• Accurately forecast revenue, manage longer-term pipeline opportunities, and maintain a clear view of progress toward sales targets.
• Collaborate with the brands Pod, our Insights, Political & Marketing teams to co-ordinate specific campaigns and outreach initiatives tailored to the PR and PA brands audience, providing feedback on campaign success.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s full product portfolio—including PR, Public Affairs, and Stakeholder solutions—and demonstrate how these tools can deliver value to PR and PA brands professionals.
• Represent the company at relevant events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups to raise awareness of our offerings and establish meaningful connections within the PR and PA brands sector.
• Champion the Vuelio and ResponseSource brands and vision both internally and externally, advocating for the benefits our solutions provide to the PR and PA brands sector.

• Provide first-class service to Vuelio’s highest value clients
• Onboard clients onto the Vuelio platform and provide a seamless setup
• Manage, investigate and take ownership of issues, seeing them through to resolution
• Operate with integrity, openness and honesty and represent the business in the utmost professional manner at all times
• Proactive outreach with CS clients along with other key internal and external stakeholders
• Attend quarterly calls with account managers to check in with clients
• Complete six-monthly ‘MOT’ reviews of platinum accounts to ensure clients’ platforms are optimised to their needs
• Regular use of ClientSuccess to ensure key client tasks are completed and ‘at risk’ clients are identified well ahead of renewal
• Continuous collaboration with other departments in order to improve the customers’ experience at every touch-point in the Company
• Raise the profile and understanding of the Support role within the Company
• Champion the success of the Help Centre through content enrichment and driving adoption
• Proactively identify and address any inter-departmental blockers to reinforce positive change
• Undertake data driven analysis for effective reporting and decision-making
• Identify new product opportunities, defects and workarounds to feed back into the product development lifecycle
• Ensure exceptional quality in all customer documentation (SOW/Project Plan/Proposals)

Customer Success Executive

Account Manager

• Be the key commercial contact for a set of Vuelio Agency clients with responsibility for renewing their existing client subscriptions
• Work with the Implementation team to onboard Vuelio media monitoring, media database and political monitoring and SRM clients effectively
• Directly onboard new JES-only clients
• Deal with day to day client queries relating to product, contract and usability
• Effectively manage each client’s usage of their current system
• Analyse opportunities to understand threats or barriers with the ability to accurately forecast sales pipeline (RAG)
• Take control and ownership of your territory to map and target organisations strategically
• Rigorously record account and opportunity data in Salesforce
• Build relationships at all levels within the Agency client
• Demonstrate collective responsibility, working with other members of Account Management to ensure client satisfaction.
