About the role
- Own day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Marketplace, ensuring optimized, compliant, high-performing listings
- Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to develop and execute growth strategies
- Monitor account health and compliance; resolve account issues and stay current with policy changes
- Partner with catalog, pricing, fulfillment, and customer support teams to drive seamless execution and customer experience
- Plan and oversee marketplace-specific promotional campaigns and sponsored product strategies
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, share insights, and forecast performance across marketplaces
- Contribute to catalog expansion strategy, ensuring data quality and alignment with marketplace best practices
- Identify workflow gaps and lead efforts to automate, scale, or improve marketplace-related processes
- Drive revenue growth and operational excellence across marketplace platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart)
- Expertise in Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Seller Center
- Experience managing large catalogs (10K+ SKUs) across diverse product categories
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with Excel/Sheets, marketplace reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States; application asks about visa sponsorship
