• Translate product and technology strategy into execution by building and scaling engineering teams, systems, and processes.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with Voomi Supply's strategic goals.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust systems for the ecommerce platform.
• Hire, manage, and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee integration of third-party APIs and external systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.
• Take a hands-on approach to design reviews, code audits, and debugging critical issues while enabling the team to execute.
• Establish and enforce best practices for software development, quality assurance, and system security.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on technology projects and key performance metrics.
