About the role
- Campaign Support & Execution: Assist with basic campaign setup, scheduling, trafficking, and reporting via Google Ad Manager
- Coordinate ad reads, sponsorship deliverables, and airchecks with clients and production teams
- Manage timelines and creative needs to ensure on-time, accurate campaign launches
- Support post-campaign reporting and recap materials for clients
- Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date records of sold, active, and available inventory across all shows
- Provide sales and operations teams with clear visibility into current inventory and open ad slots
- Creative & Design Coordination: Submit and track creative requests for assets and on-set signage
- Help coordinate branding and visual elements for campaign execution
- Who You Are: 1–3 years of experience in media, advertising, or campaign/project management
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager or similar ad serving platforms
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proactive team player with a strong attention to detail
- Passion for sports, entertainment, or digital media is a plus
