About the role
- Two Circles is a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding fans
- Lead Producer to lead production teams, manage complex deliverables, and shape creative concepts from pitch to final cut
- Role based in New York or Miami office (not remote)
- Part of North American content team focused on video production, post-production, design, animation, and content strategy
- Focus areas: leadership of production teams; oversight of complex projects; strategic client partnership
- Responsible for shoot planning, briefing, logistics, quality control, client communication, production troubleshooting, and mentoring junior producers
Requirements
- Deep understanding of video pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
- 3-5 years of experience in video content production, ideally with both agency and client-facing work
- Proven leadership managing projects from concept to delivery
- Experience working with editors, cinematographers, creative directors, and clients to uphold a unified vision
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (editing experience is a bonus, but not the core of this role)
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus, but not required
