• o Authentication and refresh logic
• o Rate limits, pagination, and data volumes
• o Incremental vs full-pull endpoints
• o Data types, transformations, and modelling considerations
• Prepare structured question sets for vendor calls to validate assumptions and uncover gaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on feasibility, trade-offs, and technical approach.

• Partner with Product, GTM teams, and our clients to ensure use cases are a first-class input into integration work — not just lists of fields.
• Help clients and internal teams articulate:
