Account Manager

• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist with basic campaign setup, scheduling, trafficking, and reporting via Google Ad Manager
• Coordinate ad reads, sponsorship deliverables, and airchecks with clients and production teams
• Manage timelines and creative needs to ensure on-time, accurate campaign launches
• Support post-campaign reporting and recap materials for clients
• Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date records of sold, active, and available inventory across all shows
• Provide sales and operations teams with clear visibility into current inventory and open ad slots
• Creative & Design Coordination: Submit and track creative requests for assets and on-set signage
• Help coordinate branding and visual elements for campaign execution
• Who You Are: 1–3 years of experience in media, advertising, or campaign/project management
• Familiarity with Google Ad Manager or similar ad serving platforms
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proactive team player with a strong attention to detail
• Passion for sports, entertainment, or digital media is a plus
