About the role
- Serve as Partner & Chief Executive Officer leading a full-service photo, video, and design agency
- Make final strategic and operational decisions and represent ownership interests
- Own and manage the company P&L, budgets, and financial performance
- Lead and develop creative teams (art directors, photographers, videographers, designers) and foster a collaborative high-performance environment
- Oversee creative direction, production, and post-production workflows to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Drive business development, client relationships, and secure new projects and campaigns
- Expand service offerings and market reach to grow revenue streams and company value
- Leverage Mainshares Capital's platform, advisors, and vendors for operational support and mentorship
Requirements
- 10+ years of comprehensive leadership experience within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency
- Proven track record of direct P&L ownership and management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of creatives (art directors, photographers, videographers, designers)
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with creative project management from client brief to final delivery
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
- In-depth knowledge of creative production processes, including creative direction, video/photo production, and post-production workflows
- Clear vision and experience developing growth strategies to expand offerings and market presence
- Authorized to work in the US (application form requires confirmation)
- Willingness to relocate if acquisition target location requires (relocation may be required)
