About the role

  • Connect with B2B companies: You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, performing active prospecting of new accounts from predefined leads and qualifying inbound leads that reach us.
  • Present impactful solutions: You will strategically present our portfolio, understand the client’s needs, and route opportunities to the account manager.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team: You will work directly with account managers to track opportunity progress and ensure each lead receives the best possible service.
  • Organize and monitor results: You will manage daily reports of scheduled meetings, contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Master your time: You will handle multiple tasks and must be organized and focused to ensure high performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or prospecting is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Commercial profile: drive to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to the client.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: owner mentality; treat your client portfolio as if it were your own.
  • Digital: tech-savvy and open to innovation, comfortable learning and using software and systems.
  • Organizational skills, planning and discipline: sense of urgency, good task distribution and ability to complete them throughout the day.
  • Curiosity: a restless learner who wants to keep improving, proposes new solutions and questions the status quo.
  • Resilience: ability to cope with adversity and turn challenges into learning for future actions.
