Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Regional Infusion Sales Specialists.
Set performance expectations, forecasting yearly sales budgets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
Identify market opportunities and guide the team in expanding referral networks.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, health systems, referral sources and pharmaceutical partners.
Represent Vivo Infusion at regional conferences, events, and strategic meetings.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing field-based sales teams.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving regional growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors, required.
Computer literacy with the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn or experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Experience working with Trella Healthcare is a plus.
