Willingness to learn complex financial systems and multi-dimensional reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan, Snowflake, Power BI).
Proficiency in cross-enterprise collaboration in an agile, client-centric, fast-paced environment.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with various collaborators across different levels of the organization.
Excellent consulting and customer engagement skills.
Ability to help users accomplish test scenarios and facilitate communication between the end user and technology teams.
Outstanding analytical skills to break down complex questions and data into well-structured analyses.
Proficient in handling challenging projects spanning across various teams with autonomy and influence.
Ability to analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.

Experience with Agile methodology preferred.
Proficiency in coordinating sophisticated projects across teams, displaying influence and autonomy amidst changing priorities and timelines.
Proficiency in FBSI, FPRS, and other Transfer Agent systems is advantageous.
An undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting, MIS, or Liberal Arts, complemented by a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in business analysis with a specific emphasis on data analysis/exploration.
Having an MBA or similar experience is considered a positive attribute.
