- Leverage existing industrial relationships and build strong broker, owner, and off-market network in DFW
- Foster deep knowledge of the DFW industrial market - immerse yourself in the market—and stay ahead of it
- Source industrial real estate acquisition opportunities independently
- Underwrite cash flow models of potential acquisition opportunities confidently
- Know how to evaluate underwriting levers, structures, risks, and returns
- Communicate clearly and acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency
- Consistent sourcing of qualified industrial acquisition opportunities
- Strong, growing network of broker, owner, and market relationships
- High conversion rate from sourcing to executed LOIs
- Timely and accurate underwriting analysis
- Active and organized pipeline reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisitions and Investment Committee.
Requirements
- Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing through Closing
- Relationships in the DFW market
- Experience managing a pipeline of active acquisitions and presenting opportunities clearly
- **Experience underwriting industrial transactions **
- Highly skilled at multitasking
