Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; MBA or advanced business training preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in instrumentation sales
- 2+ years of experience leading sales teams with proven success in driving growth
- Demonstrated ability to scale sales organizations and exceed revenue targets
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives, up to 50% travel in North America, with occasional travel to Helsinki Finland.
