Business Development Representative, Software Sales

Pre-sales Engineer

• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Executives begleitest du den gesamten Sales Cycle, von ersten Discovery Calls über überzeugende, maßgeschneiderte Produktdemos bis hin zur Beantwortung aller plattformbezogenen Fragen
• Du konfigurierst und individualisierst Demo-Umgebungen und präsentierst Workflows, die auf die spezifischen Herausforderungen und Ziele jedes einzelnen potenziellen Kunden zugeschnitten sind
• Als unser*e Produktexpert*in im Vertriebsprozess hilfst du Interessenten dabei, zu verstehen, wie die vivenu-Plattform ihre Probleme löst und einen echten Mehrwert stiftet
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Marketing und Product zusammen, um Demo-Materialien, Kommunikation und Positionierung kontinuierlich zu optimieren
• Du bleibst stets auf dem Laufenden bezüglich Branchentrends, Use Cases unserer Kunden und dem Wettbewerb, um relevante und fundierte Gespräche zu führen

Pre-Sales Consultant

Account Executive

• Um unsere Neukunden-Vertriebsziele zu erreichen, setzt du strategische Vertriebspläne in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung um
• Du baust Beziehungen mit potenziellen Neukunden auf, um die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche zu verstehen und Lösungsansätze zu definieren
• Du bist verantwortlich für gesamten Sales Cycle und managst dabei mehrere Stakeholder, d.h. User Buyer, Technical Buyer, Economic Buyer, CX
• Du verhandelst und schließt Verträge mit Neukunden
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Departments (Customer Experience, Development, Legal) förderst du den Austausch untereinander

Senior Account Executive – Software Sales

Customer Success Manager

• Develop and manage the Customer Success organization for Europe, Africa and Asia across all verticals
• Drive efficient, high-velocity hiring and manage capacity planning and workload balancing
• Provide regular coaching, mentorship, performance reviews and career development plans
• Drive customer territory management, align segmentation and CSM capacity with growth potential
• Build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, workshops and advocacy programs
• Act as strategic advisor and coach CSMs on success plans and customer engagement
• Track and analyze KPIs across onboarding, adoption, revenue realization, customer health and retention
• Use data to drive process improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Ensure teams use tools and training effectively; foster a culture of experimentation using AI and automation
• Partner with Sales, Global GTM and Marketing; champion voice of the customer and contribute to strategic planning

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to support discovery calls, deliver compelling and tailored product demos, and answer platform-related questions.
• Customize demo environments and showcase workflows that align with each prospect’s unique challenges and goals.
• Act as a product expert in the sales process, helping prospects understand how vivenu’s platform can solve their problems and drive impact.
• Build buyer confidence by aligning vivenu’s capabilities with their priorities and demonstrating tangible value.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to continuously refine demo assets, messaging, and positioning.
• Share insights and feedback from prospects to help influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Stay sharp on industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive offerings to bring meaningful context to your conversations.
