Sales

• Owning and scaling the Live Entertainment vertical across DACH region, working directly with executives at festivals, touring promoters, concert operators, and other live event organizations
• Playing an active role in key deals, including deal strategy, executive alignment, and closing
• Leading by example, as well as coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives, with a strong emphasis on performance, accountability, and progression
• Partnering closely with the Head of Business Development to transition and develop BDRs into successful AEs, including enablement, ramp plans, and ongoing coaching
• Defining and executing the sales strategy for the Live Entertainment vertical, in collaboration with GTM, Sales and executive leadership
• Driving forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue predictability through disciplined use of data and metrics
• Developing and maintaining deep knowledge of the live entertainment ecosystem, including touring models, event-based organizations, and market dynamics
• Traveling as needed to support customers, team development, and industry engagement
